Joanna A, Jakiya J, and Stephen M, Peoria High students from Mrs. Pergler's and Mrs. Garrett's Science classes were accepted and attended the Student Researcher Day at the Ag Lab! Students had to apply to be a part of this program.
The Student Researcher Day Program provides high school students with hands-on experience in research techniques used by lab researchers. They rotate through three labs, interact closely with staff, and gain insight into how National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research's teams tackle national research puzzles, piece by piece.
