What lovely weather for a CBI to Tanner's Orchard!
Our middle school, junior high, and high school classes all got to enjoy beautiful weather while taking a hay ride, picking apples, and sampling some doughnuts.
Students brought their AAC devices to talk about their experience at the orchard with their teachers and parents.

This is our last week of school before Fall Break!
Fall Break runs October 5th - 16th. We hope you enjoy a lot of time with family, friends, having fun, getting fresh air, and making memories.

Today is National PTO Appreciation Day.
We want to give a shout out to our Eagle PTO families and teachers who support our school, faculty, and staff. We appreciate all that you do for us. We can't thank you enough.

We are in the final days of our Domino's Slice the Price fundraiser.
Each Domino's card costs $20, but $10 goes directly to Jamieson's PTO to support our school activities such as Field Day and Attendance prizes. The Slice the Price cards are good through June 30, 2027 and entitles the cardholder to one free large pizza for every large pizza purchased. If you order 10 large pizzas, that's 10 free large pizzas. If you plan to host any gatherings or parties, this is a good way to save some money on food.
There is still time to order, but time is running out as this fundraiser ends on Monday, September 28th.

Our high school and junior high classes went to Luthy Botantical Garden for their weekly CBI. Students enjoyed seeing all of the different plants and watching the fountain. Mr. Brad's junior high class was able to take a relaxing class photo all together.
We are excited to announce that next week Jamieson School joins the Look. It's My Book! family.
Thank you to the wonderful volunteers and board members of Look. It's My Book! for adding Jamieson as the schools that they serve by providing all students in the school with free books 7 times a year, to help build a home library!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our FFA Plant and Produce sale today! We raised a lot of money of funds for our FFA program as well as our school through our fundraiser event! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us!
We enjoyed seeing friendly faces from the administration building as well as our friend, Beth, from Peoria Public Library! Beth ran CBIs for us at the Main Library last year so we enjoyed getting to see her!

One group of students from RGA helped Mr. Brad set up for his produce sale happening this afternoon at 1:30. Another group of students assisted Coach Becky in the gym participating in different activities with students.
Once they were done volunteering, they were treated to Dunkin Donuts from Jamieson's Principal Langholf.

We are more than a month into school and our junior high and high school classes are starting their weekly Community Based Instruction (CBI) visits in our community.
Our first visit was to the Farm Park where students got to enjoy scenic walks and getting up close with some animals.
We can't wait to experience more of our community on our CBIs!

Students are coming home with information on how to purchase jerky sticks or sell online.
New this year is the option to sell online to your friends, neighbors, and family. Please share our Jamieson store link on your social media channels to help us raise funds to support our PTO activities as well as student activities and staff appreciation events this year.
If you prefer to purchase physical items, we will send home an order form once a month. If you want to order, you may return the order form with your student and we will send the product home ASAP with your student.
If you do not wish to purchase, please ignore the monthly order form that will come home with your student.
