This week is a big one at Peoria High! Progress Reports go home Wednesday and it is the perfect checkpoint for students to Act and Adjust. Our PRIDE Team flipped every negative into a positive to design a spirit week because PRIDE beats Negativity.
Friday night is our first home football game after a 42 to 0 road win at Centennial. Let’s pack Peoria Stadium in maroon and black and celebrate our school, our students, and our community standing together.
✅ Attendance is climbing. We’ve hit 90 percent school-wide. Every day in class matters.
📱 Phones must be in pouches or secured at arrival. Headphones and iPads stay in bookbags.
👥 Fighting and major disruptions will be taken seriously. Students need to go to an adult if there is an issue.

Students will:
Meet teachers and admin
Tour the building
Take their school ID photo
Sign up for sports & clubs
Pick up their schedule
Find their locker
Enjoy food and baked goods
🍪 The Peoria High PPTO will be hosting a Bake Sale, and
🌮 The Senior Class will be selling $5 lunches – Tacos in a Bag!
📅 SMART Start Day
🕐 Thursday, July 24 | 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Students will attend readiness sessions to start the year strong.
🚪 First Day of School: Wednesday, July 30 | Doors open at 7:00 a.m.
We can’t wait to see the Class of 2026, Class of 2027, Class of 2028, and Class of 2029 in the building! Let’s start the year with energy at the PRIDE!
