This week we have more girls' basketball. Furthermore, we have a PTO meeting Tuesday night.
Halloween/Fall themed shirts - Only shirts must still be in
uniform pants-no costumes, masks, etc


Orchestra students are getting ready for their Grandparent’s Day Performance. Grandparent’s Day at Lincoln is November 22nd.



Students in Mrs. Thomas' 5th grade class participated in "Flashlight Friday" reading. What a great way to end the week!






Former Lincoln AP, Mrs Baron shares her passion for marathons, running, and exercise with third and fourth graders.




“Before starting their Tone and Mood mini unit, 6th grade students worked in a group to read aloud about the author. While taking turns reading, students also marked their own text. After reviewing, student leaders came up to the board to show annotating examples. Way to go 6th grade for using AVID strategies!





In honor of principal appreciation week. We are very appreciative of our admin and their leadership.


We have our first home game tonight @ 4!


Hedy Elliott’s SWS class painted a snowplow for the City of Peoria with “Y’all Need Science” along with planets.


8th grade students are taking care of Ralph. This duck slays all day and is learning a lot in Algebra 1!

Coming: In conjunction with the 7 Mindsets curriculum, Holly Walker, owner of River Kitty Cafe, shares her passion of loving cats and being a business owner to the Kindergarten, First, and Second graders on Thursday, Oct. 3.




This past week, 4th graders went to Tanners!











This past week we had the honor of hosting Hispanic Heritage Night at LK8!











Third graders worked hard to multiply numbers and save their “patients!” working on multiplication fluency!

The student had to build a device to get the “Radio Active” marbles into the cup without touching them with their hands.

The DJ host of KZ 102.3 shared his passion with middle schools students. He explained how he got started with being a DJ and what he likes most about it. #passionfirst
