4th graders completed their first science lab by creating a model car, that we are going to use to learn about force. They are going to build and test different propulsion methods and then they will build a way to protect an egg that will ride in the car. The final test will be a collision test with a real egg in the car.

Sixth grade students in Mrs. Goldrings’ classes worked cooperatively in a STEM activity called “Can You Save Fred?". This activity helped encourage teamwork, resilience , and problem solving to help Fred the worm get back into his boat after it capsizes and he can't reach his life preserver.
