This week, Mrs. Dawson's class was able to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with the @Brimfield High School Spanish 4 students through our BHS/MBS Buddy Program. We learned about Hispanic art and culture, learned a few new Spanish words, read the book "I am Frida Kahlo," worked together to make our own wings, and then enjoyed lunch with our buddies! A fantastic day of inclusive instruction and activities! Richwoods High School is accepting applications to the IB program for 8th grade students. Anyone who is interested can visit the IB website at richwoodsib.org for more detailed information regarding the application process and the IB program itself. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the IB Coordinator anytime at thomas.hayes@psd150.org.

A couple of important dates to remember:
October 1, 2025: Parent informational meeting, 6pm, RHS Auditorium
November 3, 2025: Deadline for completed applications, 4pm
November 19 & 20, 2025: IB interviews, 4-8pm, RHS Library
December 1, 2025: Acceptance letters sent to parents
