Special Education Teacher 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th

I am married and blessed with 2 wonderful children, Justice & Antonio. I love to spend quality time with my family & friends. I am a member of St. Paul Baptist Church and Elogeme Adolphi Christian Sorority, Inc. In the past, I was a former Cohort member of the Peoria Grow Your Own. Now, I am a mentor for the new Peoria Grow Your Own Cohort. I have worked for District 150 for 21 years. I am a proud member of the Peoria Teacher Union Local #780. I graduated from Bradley University with a double major in Learning Behavior Specialist and Elementary Education. I am certified to teach students in general education K-9 and special education K-12. I earned a Master's Degree in Education with a Reading Specialist emphasis. I have completed several courses for English Language Learners. I have a second Master's Degree in Special Education, I have completed the Transformational Leadership course. I am active in my community and always striving to make a positive impact in life. I am grateful to be a member of the Trewyn family.
