Carle Health will be at Manual High School on Wednesday, October 15th, from 9:30 am–3:30 pm.

Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th, 9th & 12th graders need to be up to date on physicals & vaccines to return to school after Fall Break!

October 15 is quickly approaching. We still have about 25 students who have not turned in physical and immunization records. The deadline is fast approaching and if we do not receive this documentation your child will be excluded from school when we return from fall break. We MUST have all students turn in updated physical and shot records. If your child has an appointment, please send official documentation of the appointment card or if you go to a clinic or doctor’s office over fall break please email the documentation to lynn.lane@psd150.org

Clinic Information-

Clinic Day 1- October 9, Thursday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at Manual High School Health Center 

Clinic Day 2 - October 15, Wednesday  9:30 am – 3:30 pm at Manual High School Health Center

Get ready…Wednesday, September 24 is the Battle of the HOUSES! We want every student and staff to wear their RCA house color on Wednesday. We have special activities planned for our houses and want to be sure we are flooding our school to represent our different house colors. Students know their houses, so colors are red, green, blue or black. Wear the color that represents your house!
