Our Policies

Uniform Policy

District policy states student dress and grooming must not disrupt the educational process, interfere with the maintenance of apositive teaching/learning climate, or compromise reasonable standards of health, safety, and decency.

Below are uniform expectations for Liberty Leadership.

Uniform shirts: navy blue, light blue, royal blue, black or white

  • Must be solid in color and one of the required colors

  • Must have a collar

  • Must be free of writing, logos, stripes or decoration

  • May be long or short sleeve; sleeveless is not allowed

  • Liberty Leadership (grade 5) and Lindbergh (grades 6-8)spirit wear shirts issued by the school may be worn with uniform pants or skirts and do not require a collared shirt

Uniform pants/shorts/skirts/capri pants/jumpers: navy blue, khaki, or black

  • Must be solid in color and one of the required colors

  • Shorts or skirts must have a minimum 5” inseam/length

  • Sweatpants are not allowed

  • Pants should not have holes that allow skin to be seen

Sweatshirts or sweaters (no jackets are allowed to be worn in the classroom)

  • Must be one of the required solid shirt colors

  • Must have a uniform or spirit wear shirt underneath

  • Must be free of writing, logos, stripesor decoration

  • Liberty Leadership spirit wear sweatshirts issued by the school may be worn with uniform pants or skirts and do not require a collared shirt

  • NO hooded sweatshirts or full-zip jackets any day–even on “uniform free” days.

  • No hats are to be worn in the building.

  • Shoes must be worn and have a back or strap on them.

  • Students will have opportunities to earn "uniform free" days with good behavior, etc. School appropriate clothing must be worn and no hoodies or jackets are allowed. Jeans should not have holes that allow skin to be seen.
