Advance Warning:
All students were tagged to a computer
On days that there are projected emergency days, teachers will send the stream and cord signed out to individual students, home with students.
Teachers review MS team sign-in and team meetings with students on the day before potential emergency days.
When emergency days are called, teachers will call meetings during the same time students would attend the class in person at Mark Bills.
Teachers will be available for the virtual guidance and allow student work time. Teachers will stay active on MS teams during the class periods for any questions students may have.
Students will bring the streams back with them on the next in-person learning day and use the stream as typically used in the classes.
No Advance Warning:
Choice board and packets will be sent home with students during the week of October 3rd-6th . Parents will receive a packet to keep safe in case there are emergency days utilized and streams are not able to be distributed. Notifications sent to parents to use the choice boards/packets on such emergency days.
