Founded in the fall of 1999, Franklin Primary School is located at 807 West Columbia Terrace. Franklin offers a rich and challenging curriculum along with a technology-rich environment. The regular school day is 8:30 am -3:30 pm.  Any student residing within the Franklin School neighborhood boundaries is welcome!

Franklin is a Kindergarten through Fourth Grade building. We are proud of our family culture we have worked to build for the entire community at Franklin. We are 1-to-1 technology throughout our building. That means that we have a technology device for each student to use to enhance their education. We embrace the importance of technology in our world. We have PE, Music, Art and Technology classes for all of our students. Many of our classrooms utilize flexible seating. Flexible seating is a way of providing alternative types of seating that allow a student to be most comfortable to ensure their body is able to focus on learning. 

Teachers and parents have numerous ways to stay in touch. Phones in every classroom are equipped with voice mail. Every teacher has an e-mail address which is easily accessed through the Staff page. As a school we have been learning and using MS Teams to meet with our students virtually. MS Teams is also a great platform for parents, students, and teachers to communicate, complete assignments, and learn in a virtual setting. MS Teams can be used on cellphones, tablets, and computers.
