Families learned how to assist their children at home in accessing learning platforms such as Lexia, Waterford, and i-Ready. They also discovered apps available through the Peoria Public Library by obtaining a library card and were able to check out devices. Dinner was provided, and the evening featured a magic show with a ventriloquist emphasizing the importance of reading.
