The Annual PPS Foundation Breakfast was hosted today at Woodruff Career and Technical Center. Attendees were serenaded by Mrs. Laird's 4th-grade class from Charter Oak Primary while enjoying food prepared by WCTC culinary students. The keynote speaker was Peoria High alumnus and Bradley University's Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, Dr. Chris Reynolds.
The Foundation works tirelessly to support PPS students and families. Their programs like See it, Be it and Horizons expose students to various professions and career paths. Their Snack Packs and LIttle Free Libraries are a staple for students in need of an afternoon snack or an engaging book. The PPS Foundation staff are truley the unsung heroes of PPS!
