    My name is Connie Pauli.  I have been teaching in District #150 for 31 years. I taught for 21 years at Kingman Primary School and the remainder at Whittier Primary School. One year I taught kindergarten and one year I taught first grade. The remainder of my teaching has been done at the second grade level.  I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Illinois State University.

     

    Dear Parents,

    Beginning Monday, April 6, you will continue your child's at-home learning. Please be patient with all the teachers as we are getting information just as you are. We have been developing a plan with administration, but it takes time. These are circumstances that none of us have dealt with, so please be respectful and patient.

    The lessons will be posted on Microsoft Teams in both reading and math with dates due and points available.  The assignments should be able to be submitted to me, via the Teams app.  I’m sure the first week will be somewhat of a challenge for all of us, but we’ll get through it!

    Be sure you have your son or daughter reading each day too!

    We will get through this together.
