Students and Families
Research has shown that family involvement has a significant impact on a child's achievement in school. PTO brings together families and staff who are interested in supporting our students and school, and provides them with the opportunity to exchange views, work together, and to develop mutual trust and confidence.
During our meetings, we:
Plan and organize fundraising events - spirit wear, restaurant nights, fall and spring sales, etc.
Plan and organize fun, family-friendly events - reading night, game night, movie night, etc.
Support our students and staff - book fairs, classroom supplies and parties, staff holiday gifts, Teacher Appreciation week, etc.
Discuss any issues that may arise throughout the year.
Build camaraderie and a sense of community with our CTV families.
Our meetings are usually on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the school library. You can also attend virtually on MS Teams: bit.ly/CTVPTO22-23 or by calling in: 1-309-248-0708,,879445879# (audio only)
