    Pick 3 of your favorite songs and dance for 15 minutes

    IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ! For next week, filling in this form is how you will receive your grade. Just like the other form that was posted for this week, you will have to answer questions that are labeled for each day. You will have exercise videos to do each day, and an instructional video on how to take your pulse. For example, on this form please fill out all of the questions that are labeled with Tuesday, on Tuesday. Please read the questions for Tuesday before following along to any videos or doing any type of physical activity. You will have to answer a question based on your resting heart rate (which is done before exercise) and after taking that, you assess your fitness level by seeing how many of each exercise you can do. Wednesday and Thursday, you will only be taking your heart rate before and after exercising, but both Tuesday and Friday require you to read the questions before following along to any activity. You will not be able to see or fill out the form until 9 am on Tuesday Morning. Please let me know if you have any questions on how to do this! I will put all of your instructional and activity videos below this post. Again, watching the videos and filling out the recording log is how you receive your grade for next week (April 14th-17th). There will be nothing listed in assignments for next week because this is your daily assignment. Please click the submit button each day, and I will receive the answers to your questions. Even after you send me your answers, you will be able to answer questions for the next day as well!
