    6th Grade Math:

    Hello!
    • I’m so sorry, I forgot to send this yesterday. We are beginning to work on Expressions and Equations, yes, this is the “Algebra” unit.

    • I would like to let you know that I’m getting very little homework from 6th grade. Homework is important because it gives students a chance to try the problems. It will help them know what questions they need to ask or what tasks they understand. More attention also needs to be put into classroom work. Students need to take good notes, do the practice problems and ask questions. There has been too many off-task behaviors going on.
      Thank you for your support!

    • Again, I do offer homework help on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30. Students are welcome to attend and get extra help.
    • Information on “Snow Day” work for “School Anywhere, Anytime” was suppose to be brought home the 1st week of December in a large envelope with copies of school work that needs to be put in a safe place and saved for any possible snow day.

    Hello!
    •
I’m so sorry, I forgot to send this yesterday. We are working on inequalities this week. The mid-module test will be coming up early next week.
I would like to let you know that I’m getting very little homework from this class. Two students turned in the last homework assignment I gave. Homework is important because it gives students a chance to try the problems. It will help them know what questions they need to ask or what tasks they understand. More attention also needs to be put into classroom work. Students need to take good notes, do the practice problems and ask questions. There has been too many off-task behaviors going on.
