Al Corpuz
I am excited to be here at Richwoods. I have taught for 17 years, 16 of which were in District 150. I have taught all grade levels from Pre-K to 12 including dual credit courses in graphic design. I am originally from Peoria and grew up right here in our very neighborhood. I attended Richwoods for freshman and sophomore year. I am a graduate of Metamora Township High School. Following high school, I attended Illinois Central College where I earned a degree in graphic design. I then earned my B.S. in Art Education from Bradley University.
Aside from my passion for teaching I continue to teach adult classes at Peoria Riverfront Museum. I also continue to work as a freelance graphic designer.
For the 2020-2021 School year I will be teaching Art 1 and Sculpture 1-2.
