Hello, I am so glad to be your child's teacher this year! I have been teaching kindergarten at Charter Oak for 4 years but have been in the district 19. I have taught third grade, third grade special education at Glen Oak in Peoria, 1st grade and kindergarten at Roosevelt Magnet in Peoria. I have a bachelor's and masters degree in Education, both from Illinois State University.

My husband, Bob and I have been married for 9 years and we have a 5 year old daughter, Josie.

I have three bonus children, Rachel 26, Wyatt, 25 and Hank 21. 

My goal as a kindergarten teacher is to build relationships and have your child show growth in my class and have a love for learning even if it is remotely or hybrid. I am grateful for anytime with my students.
