         Physical Education class teaches students the importance of a fit and healthy lifestyle while giving the students the chance to become physically fit. The activities offered to the students will help them stay in shape, practice their skills and learn the rules of games that can be played throughout their life. It is up to the students to take advantage of the opportunities we give to get in shape and have fun!!!
