    The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) released our annual School Report Card on Oct. 30 at www.illinoisreportcard.com. The Report Card shows how well our school is progressing on a wide range of educational goals.

  • Please Complete the 5 Essentials Survey

    The 5 Essentials online survey is open. This survey has been developed for all Illinois schools to provide feedback regarding school strengths and weaknesses around five identified components for school success. Parents who complete the survey in the Core Value hallway computer lab will receive a free dress certificate for their child. Parents that complete the survey at home can print the "Thank you for completing the survey" page to turn in for a free dress pass. The survey can be accessed at https://survey.5-essentials.org/illinois/ . We value your input and appreciate your taking time to complete this important survey.   • Grandparents Day, November 25th for K and 1st, November 26th for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th

    Grandparents and special guests are invited to join us as we celebrate Grandparents and Special Guest Day! For K-3, our day will begin at 8:45. K-2 will meet in the gym and 3rd grade will be in the cafeteria. Breakfast will be served along with a short musical performance. Fourth grade will be having an Open House from 10:00 to 11:00. Kindergarten and First grade will be on November 25th, and 2,3, and 4 will be on November 26. Please turn in all reservations by Friday, November 15.

  • Northmoor is a Nut-Free School!!!

    Northmoor is a "Nut-Free School." We do not allow/offer peanut or peanut by-products in our school. Please note that we have recently enrolled students who have severe allergic reactions to peanut butter, tree-nuts, and other nut by-products. Reactions to the smell or inadvertent consumption of peanut butter can range from mild allergic reactions to serious harm or even fatal results. Students, who are not allergic, are asked to never bring peanut butter/ by-products to school. Under no circumstances are treats, candies, or snacks brought into the school or classroom to contain peanut or nut by-products. On behalf or our students who allergic to nuts, we are sincerely grateful for your anticipated cooperation with this safety policy.
