To access your district email under Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange/Outlook), please click the link below:
 
 
Your username is your email address (ie, first.last@psd150.org).  If you are a new user, you MUST change your Windows password first from our website (click Staff Systems in the top-right, then "Staff Password Change" link) or a district Windows 7 computer.  After you have changed your Windows password from the original temporary 8-digit password, then you can login to email using the new password you created.
 
The first time you start Outlook you may be prompted to set your time zone - please choose the Central time zone. Scroll up to choose (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada). You can watch a user tour or read the quick start guide by clicking on the 'Home" link at the top of the page.  You can access more online training at http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-enterprises/ff637580.aspx.
 
For assistance with connecting to Outlook 2010 that is installed on a district computer, or to connect via a mobile phone, please either create a help desk ticket at https://helpdesk.psd150.org, review the FAQ's in the Help Desk under the "EMAIL..." request type.
 
Gaggle (http://www.psd150.org/gaggle) is still accessible for use by teachers to show filtered YouTube videos (GaggleTube), upload files to their Digital Locker, and use the Chat feature. Gaggle will also archive all our district email for FOIA purposes, so you could review your emails in Gaggle if you accidentally deleted it out of Outlook.
